Harvestehude is a quarter of Hamburg, in the borough of Eimsbüttel. It is located on the eastern boundaries of the borough near lake Außenalster. Located within Eimsbüttel borough is the former Jewish neighbourhood Grindel, the former center of Jewish life in Hamburg.
