Besides the classical brokerage deals (letting, selling, leasing on a national and Western European-wide level) Marketing work on market and demand analyses to figure out if Concepts&Development will meet the market demands and acceptance with their projects. It’s a double-check to make sure to avoid project gaps. Marketing serves tenants, sellers, buyers and end-investors and work on activities on retail, sports, leisure, industrial and mixed use properties. During the property management by our Management department Marketing supports in the context of constant market observation and letting activities.

Each deal has its own characteristics and special requirements, justified in the property and/or in the business understanding of each client. With each challenge we deal individually in order to obtain the optimum results for the client. During a regular letting deal this means often to obtain a high broad effect to reach nearly all possible prospective tenants. During sales deals often a very discrete handling of the deal is required, so that we address the offer only to a small circle of possible prospective buyers. With a volume in sales of approximately €500 million and in letting around 350,000 qm/3,767,000 sqft our success speak for itself.

Beside the grown contacts to retailers from the clothing, food, furniture and to the hotel, leisure and lifestyle industries, office users we also work close together with considerable other realtors and real estate agents.
