Cicchetti (Venetian: cicheti, sg.: cicheto; from the Latin ciccus, meaning ‘small quantity’), also sometimes spelled cichetti, are small snacks or side dishes, typically served in traditional bacari (sg.: bacaro; i.e. cicchetti bars or osterie) in Venice, Italy.
