The MSC Musica is a cruise ship belonging to MSC Cruises. It was christened in Venice by the Italian actress Sophia Loren in June 2006 and went on its maiden voyage on July 1. The ship has four different restaurants, a sushi bar, an 800 m² casino, the Havana Club smoking room and a theater 1200 seats and a discotheque, as well as a tennis and a mini golf course. Other features:

  • 16 decks (13 of which are accessible by passengers)
  • 18 suites with balconies
  • 809 cabins with balconies
  • 173 outside cabins
  • 275 inside cabins

The MSC Orchestra, whose maiden voyage began on May 16, 2007, is a sister ship to the MSC Musica. As the third ship in this series, the MSC Poesia has been in service since April 6, 2008 and since March 1, 2010 MSC Magnifica.

The MSC Muscia has been operating for a long time from Venice in the eastern Mediterranean, where her maiden voyage also took place in June 2006. Furthermore, the ship is used in the winter months (in the northern hemisphere) on the east coast of South America or around South Africa.
