Royal Caribbean International . She was built in 2018 in the
Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in
Saint-Nazaire , France, the fourth in Royal Caribbean’s
Oasis class of cruise ships. At 228,081
GT , she is the
largest cruise ship in the world by
gross tonnage , surpassing her
sister ship Harmony of the Seas , also owned by Royal Caribbean International.

Norwegian Epic , upon her delivery in December 2017.

MSC Orchestra is a cruise ship that was built in 2007 for
MSC Cruises . She is the second ship of the
Musica class. She could at the time accommodate 2,550 passengers in 1,275 cabins. Most inside cabins were later refitted with two bunk beds and therefore she can now accommodate 3,200 passengers. Her crew complement is approximately 990.

christened as
Carnival Destiny in
Venice, Italy , in November 1996 by
Lin Arison , the wife of Carnival Cruise Line founder
Ted Arison . Since May 2019 the ship has been homeported in
Charleston, South Carolina (
Port of Charleston ).

Tahiti and the
Marquesas Islands . With a homeport of
Papeete ,
French Polynesia , the Aranui 5 replaced the
Aranui 3 which entered service in 2003. The Aranui 5, like its predecessor, is registered as a passenger ship under the
International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), for international operation.
